Young explorers are they a valid company
I purchased a membership over the phone after placing an order from the young explorers catalog. I received the packet in mail and followed thru with sending in copies of receipts as per directions . I did receive a rebate check. Now I tried to get into my account online and could not get logged in. I emailed them and received a response that my membership was cancelled. I received no email or notice that this was done. I called customer service and was told my credit card was declined several times so my membership was automatically cancelled. I asked him why or if possibly wrong credit card and was rudely told to check with my bank. I did just that and my bank had no history of any attempts from this company and the bank said it was never declined on their side. I called again the company to tell them that. I signed up again on line this time with same credit card, I just want to find out if now they will honor giving rebates like this company claims they do or if they just get a membership fee out of you and then cancel your membership after you submit to receive rebates that they base their promotions on. Not sure this is a legit company. I see many complaints online. Beware
