Stayed for five days, room was dirty to start with. Only one parking spot per room. During five day stay room was semi cleaned one time, and it was on the third day. I came back from work and realized things were missing from my luggage, so I went straight to manager and had her escort me to room to explain what the situation was. She then got on the phone and went outside to talk and came in and assured me my thing will be back on my bed by the time I get back tomorrow. My roommate returned back later to find out his belongings have also been rummage through and things missing from his luggage. There was black garbage bag outside our room so he looks through it to find his things plus important paperwork that were thrown out. Next day I get back and some of my things were retuned so manager asked to give her another day to get my things back. Next day she cant get back my things from the person she knows obviously took them, so I call police and make a report. But the bad thing is she would not comp anything and the best she could do is give me 50% off rate which was still higher than what could of got by booking online! Over all experience was horrible, and hopefully I get my stuff back. Because of things thrown away and stolen from my room, I was out 1000 because it was related to my work!! Never staying at Wyndham properties again!!
