Out of the blue I get a letter from them to no longer send payments to Synchrony bank. They send me a bill saying I'm overdue on January's payment due on the first on the 21st of January. Synchrony cashed my January payment on December 26th. I made an end run by calling every Yamaha number on line and got someone to patch me through to Yamaha financial Services USA, and they told me they were totally over run with calls. I spent over 3 hours on hold over two days. When you start trying to charge people for payments they already made, what do you think is going to happen? I can't believe Yamaha is that screwed up. I've run Yamaha for many years but no more after this fiasco.
