I contacted this company via chat. I had previously called to cancel service. I realized service wasn't cancelled when the $24 charge showed up on my bank statement. The chat rep advised I would get a full refund then today I don't see a refund but I do see a new charge for a new amount of $4.99. I have really been going through a lot and this is not what I need right now.
