You suck!!

Since Dec 2011 my cable provider has had POP and a rolling TV guide on their channel 14. Since this past Monday, the TV Guide is no longer displaying. I'm being told that you've decided to drop the TV Guide. What the *** Get it back, now!!!!!!!!!!
