You still haven’t paid me for my claims

On my last claim,On page's 14&15 on my book . Open abdoment,MRI walker, blood/plasma, ambulance, surgery with anesthesia, ostomy.surgery and implant for dialysis claim#2993****. And claim#2977**** I didn't receive the 350.00
