you sent bulbs we did not order period!!!

We received a call on our office phone and at the time we had one of our guys answering instead of our usual secretary. The person on the other end said that we won a blue Jays jacket and that our shipping address is needed for it to be sent to us. After he gave the address our guy said it sounded like the phone almost hung up and then somebody started talking about light bulbs and our guy was asked what light bulbs were in our warehouse. Our guy answered as well as he could considering he didn't know and thought it was a survey type thing because of the jacket thing he thought it was a gimik in order to "earn" the jacket. No one from our company ordered any bulbs at all and your company called us not the other way around. If we were to order from you ( and the price on those bulbs are more than double almost triple the price of a place I can get them down the stree from here) we would have called you and would have paid with the company credit card. When the bulbs arrived ups of course someone signed for them not knowing if the boss did order anything later finding out the bs involved. What company sends product on credit and pays for the shipping to a place they have never dealt with before? My answer to you is none. This is a scam. I already tried to give your company the benefit of the doubt with an email telling you about this. In the email I describe everything here and the fact that we got sent a bunch of useless garbage bags from another company. I asked you if you use a 3rd party to sell for you in that email because there was a number next to salesman I think it was number 64. I explained to you we never ordered these bulbs and that they should ask salesman/woman number 64 how did they get our number and why did they phone us with this lie about a blue Jays jacket. Another thing you changed the price from around 1100 dollars to around 700 I don't have the numbers in front of me. What company does that. The debt collector you sent this crap too said that this was a scam. He totally admitted it but also told us that he would get rid of it which was a lie. Then our guy gets a threatening letter from some dumb lawyer who threatened to take it to court etc. We do not want and we never ordered the product it has been here still in box and we are not paying shipping back to you for a product that was not ordered period!!! Another thing do not quote me on this as I haven't looked myself at the evidence we have as if now. The debt collector and the liar, I mean lawyer you are using are in the same building that is a little odd isn't it. Your lawyer hasn't answered one phone call and we have called at most 2 calls in a day and we leave a message but this lawyer hasn't contacted us back at all. To resolve this it should be easy. You get a hold of ups and tell them there has been a mistake and that we have some bulbs that need to be shipped back yo your address and you pay for that shipping. And then you have your bulbs that were never ordered in the first place. Then we will go our separate ways. Or (and we have kept all correspondence with your company and the other one involved as well as recording the calls with the debt collector where it was admitted that this is a scam and a couple of the correspondences with you)we can see how this can be resolved by other means, in similar instances corporations have been charged with things like using the mail to commit fraud. I want to resolve this and it is easily done by you having ups grab these bulbs and take them back to you. We never ordered them and if you did not know anything of these actions accept my apology now and when I am in the office tomorrow and I look at all of the paper work I will send you the sales persons number I believe it was salesperson 64. And then you can get a hold of the the third party sales team and ask how they obtained our name and phone number. There is a construction company with almost the exact name as ours and we have even got cheques that were destined for them sent to us. Maybe that is how the sales person got our number in the first place. Because we have not called you at all and we do not need bulbs of any kindication at all the bulbs are replaced by the people we lease from. You can email me at trouble.[protected]@hotmail.com and I can send you the info like the invoice number that is for this bunk situation. I do not want to start fishing around and figure out things about either of the two companies that are pulling this. At the end of the day we didn't order anything and i hope that it isn't your company pulling this scam and that you figure out that the third party sales person or persons are the ones pulling this scam and that you stop them from further ruining your name because at the end of the day it looks like you are sending people stuff that they didn't order. Your comment on the Better Business Bureau does not look good though. The one review on there says exactly how the phone call to our guy went you have won a jacket and then after getting the shipping address for the prize all of a sudden it switches to a question about what light bulbs you use in your warehouse and our guy said fluorescent I think and then they about how long and then the person hung up. Is that the way your company usually conducts it's orders. Cold calling people and lieing about some jacket to get the address and thenjoy sending them crap they never ordered. I hope it isn't what it looks like and the sales people are the ones who are pulling the scam and you catch them with this info. Ask sales person number 64 where the heck they got our number from because we did not call them. Thank you I hope to see this fixed asap I will send you the bogus invoice number tomorrow and I hope to resolve this matter without resorting to having things like using the mail to comitt fraud among 3 or 4 others that can be brought up.
