You screwed us and you are GREEDY

You just lost 2 long time customers. We've been flying with southwest every year for vacation since 2007. We booked this year'sD vacation MONTHS ago. Now you change our flight willy-nilly, and when we contact you to let you know these flight times don't work you "fit us in" on a flight that CONVENIENTLY has only two seats left, but we have to PAY MORE. You should be bending over backwards instead of screwing a customer. We will NEVER FLY southwest again and we will tell EVERYONE we know what you did. User's recommendation: DO NOT FLY SSOUTHWEST.
