I got a letter from you saying PayPal declined payment and to call phone # to make payment but it says voicemail full. This makes me question if it is a scam with so many scams out there. Provide number that works if you want me to contact you as I am not sending money to address provided without confirming. I am happy to pay if I do owe money. It shouldnt be so hard to contact a company that sends me a letter asking me to contact them. User's recommendation: Okay so far depending what happens with this.
