We booked a trip with you people back in August of 2019 pay payments on it each and every month till January of 2020 which was paid off our trip was March 19th we never went due to this virus is going on we could not get a hold of anyone we demand our money back or I will be getting a lawyer we were totally in the dark you did not answer your phones we did not know what was going on.
