I know almost everyone has seen a new home going up with the Green Zip Board sheathing? We'll you also see the black tape covering the seams and edges, correct? Not our house. Good ole Dennis said our plans did not even call for Zip Board? Well ok but does that relieve him from improper installation? Nope, not in my mind and according to Mfg, no warranty. Concrete cracking in area before the forms were removed! Of course it was fixed but now having concrete issues everywhere. Coincidence? Poor workmanship I think. Our house is so *** drafty not even funny. Got in the attic the other nite and see where bathroom exhaust fans and plumbing vents terminate in attic? WTF? I can go on for many days.
