You made mistake in my name name.

I bought two tickets. I entered my passport details correctly, about which I received a letter from you company confirming the reservation with my correct name. But the ticket was sent with an error in my name. The first letter is omitted. I want to get tickets with the correct name. I am Olha, not Lha.
