You get what you get
Yeah, they were a little pushy when it came to collecting payments...but...that's what their job is; they aren't a charity. I had two loans with them - a personal and then a mortgage. The local folks were great to deal with. Even though they knew MY routine of when I would pay, they called and called just like they were supposed to. No hard feelings. At the end of the loan, the lady I spoke to in the out-of-state payoff office was easy to deal with. Even sent me back a check for the over-payment of $0.01. No. Not making that up. All in all, an unpleasant experience that I had to borrow at such high rates, but when you need funds and don't have an option, they will sure get you the money. Don't be surprised when they come calling for it, though. That's the real world. If I knew then what I know now I would have certainly looked for other options, but nothing personal.
