Update by user Oct 18, 2020 Never resolved. Home solutions basically ignored me. Yet they are going to still charge me for one month service on my next bill. I am fighting a losing cause. Original review posted by user Sep 18, 2020 I called a week ago to get my furnace serviced, after answering a thousand questions, I was denied. Stated I had the wrong plan? Furnace repair. I cancelled the plan asking why am I paying for this when I cannot get service. I had to call another contractor which found my furnace has several cracks and will need to be replaced. I contacted Home solutions again, they stated my account was cancelled, I understand that. Although I am going to be charged this next upcoming month for a fee on a unactive account???????? I have the text conversation on my cell phone. User's recommendation: Stay away unless you like throwing your money away.
