A very nice guy came out to our home 1st time on schedule and as agreed. He actually did a very thorough job around the full perimeter of our home exterior and interior. I was promised a free follow-up visit after 30 days was told just needed to call to schedule it. I called to schedule the visit and was told by the lady on the line that there would be a $65 dollar fee for the follow-up visit. I advised that we were told that there would "NOT" be a charge for the follow-up and that we should get what was promised. After a few words back and forth, the fee was waived. I then scheduled the follow-up visit. I took off work on the scheduled date and waited and waited but the guy never showed up and with no phone call. I called the company sometime later on and advised that the rep never showed up for our free follow-up as scheduled. The guy I spoke with (different guy) over the phone was very rude, arrogant and really nonchalant about the whole ordeal and advised that because it has been over the 30 days I am no longer eligible for the free follow-up and that to have someone come out again I would need to pay another $165. I advised him that because of his unapologetic, nonchalant and down right rude attitude I will simply take my business some place else. I was "NOT" trying to get free service here folks, I only wanted what was right and promised or at least an apology or something in between. I think this guy missed out on an opportunity to hold on to a potentially very good and loyal, long-term customer. All I will say is..... "you choose for yourself whether or not you think this was good customer service or not." Thanks for listening.
