I only bought the Festiva Timeshare because the sales person said that you could call them up and just turn over the title if you don't like it. So I have paid into the time almost $8k and I haven't been able to use an actual Festiva timeshare. I only used the points 1...

》 Paid for advance reservations- no record of now

》 I’m feed up with not having availability at places I want to go.

》 Was told that maintenance fees would not even get close to $1,000 and then first statement ends up being over $1,000. I could have just bought a regular vacation for that much.
