You cant get a dam person on the phone to speek to about a bill !!!! been on hold 2 times for a hour at a time and still didnt get anyone

your billing dept. answering phone calls sucks !!!!!! been on hold 2 times for a hour at a time and still got nobody!!!! User's recommendation: answer the dam phones.
