You can’t get anyone to answer the phone or your question

I have called the Tucson store on Broadway three time to be connected with the cut counter that never answered the phone. I called back the third time and the girl on the phone stated we're very busy and they will try an answer when they can. I told her I only have two questions (100% thread and 100% Microwavable bad and on the Bolt). I also said I dont want to drive all the way down there if they dont have it she actually said we have two other locations. This is the worst customer service I have received in quite a while. User's recommendation: Dont called ask a question they’ll never answer the phone shop somewhere else.
