You can NEVER talk to a live operator for issues

I had 2 seperate video visits on thursday 7/8/21. First one he couldnt see me, the guard said he was calling securus and nothing happened. The second one was cut short from an amber alert. I want both refunded please User's recommendation: I have no recommendations im at a loss of words.
