I can't even talk about this anymore. They were professional and useless. They didn't help at all, or apologize for deleting my messages with the seller, stating that I was trying to make a deal outside their ap, because I gave her my email, thinking she needed to send me an invoice. I only buy from eBay, Etsy, marketplace. This was my 2nd purchase w Mercari, and I don't remember the logistics of the first purchase. They said they could not put me in touch with the seller. User's recommendation: Buy somewhere else.
