You all have my sympathy and understanding

I haven't been on an insurance with Access Health CT in almost a year. I can't even get into the site to 'manage my account'. For all of you out there, you will need your 1095A for the IRS and if you do your taxes without it, although it is also reported to the IRS, I believe they will hold on to your info, delay your refund, and you may have to fill out an added report, so don't send it in before you get a copy of your 1095A or you will have more headaches. Good luck getting your form from them, because I've attempted contacting them through a couple of ways including email, and no one answers.
