Yoostar “walks off the set” for customers.
It really makes me mad when you purchase a product and the company completely abandons its customers. I purchase the Yoostar system several years ago. It was not cheap, ..couple hundred dollars. I recently got a new computer and installed the software. The software is "that" kind that has to be "registered" online. ....OK.....I go to register it and ..." the server is offline".... What? I sent an email to the company and sure enough.......they pretty much said F U.... we dont care about you (our customer ) anymore. We dont care that you cant use our expensive system that you bought and gave us money for. So....the moral of this movie is .... DONT BUY FROM YOOSTAR.....you'll just get a boot in the butt....
