bought a year old used car on Saturday, was told that they had reviewed my financing and everything was good to go. Took delivery of the vehicle that day. I called the dealer on Monday twice, to check ensure that everything I was told on Saturday was still good, I was assured everything was fine. On Tuesday the sales rep called to tell me I needed to re-sign the contract, when I asked why I was directed to the finance manager. He told me that there were "problems" with financing, but the price of the car wasn't changing?!? when I asked about the interest rate, he didn't want to tell me over the phone, when I finally pressed, he admitted that it was going up over 5%! When I asked about the monthly payment, again, he was reluctent to tell me. Bottom line, is google yo-yo scam, they played it perfectly. My wife and I ended up talking the car back and getting back our down payment. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone.
