They advertise fast turnaround and free standard shipping for select dates when you purchase. The catch is they don't actually produce or ship out your goods by that date and then force you to pay for "rush shipping" that you didn't need originally. Let me explain... I ordered Koozies set to arrive on July 1st with Free standard shipping, paying extra to have them made in the USA. On July 1st, they had not even shipped yet. I called the support line and the agent explained that July 1st was just an estimate and it could take longer due to shipping. However, they hadn't even been produced yet, and he could not grasp his mind around this simple fact. They should have been produced and already shipped, not just sitting in limbo for them to eventually ship whenever they decide. Eventually the agent blamed me and said I should pay $100 to get them by 7/8 and should have chosen rush shipping originally as it could still take up to an additional 3 weeks to arrive! Apparently an estimated arrival date (for me 7/1) means nothing at all to this company. Before coming to any resolution he hung up on me. I called 2 other times and they both hung up on me. I called the next day and was SCREAMED at by two Customer Service Reps! One of which also hung up on me. Any professional service reps at all 24hourwristbands? Maybe it's because they do not have managers? It's impossible to speak to one. I finally talked to one level headed person and caved in and chose to pay $90 to have it arrive on 7/8. I needed them for my party, right? I was backed into a corner. If they did not arrive, I was assured I would get a refund of that $90 only. They arrived on 7/7 and look very nice. However, tells me that they were just holding out for me to throw them even more money. Beware and stay away from 24hourwristbands. User's recommendation: Buy from another company!
