Go to Ripoff Report and check out my complaint under Planet's Purest Water. Planet's Purest Water also ripped me off after claiming they'd send me a new unit. The unit I initially received was void of any of the features that prompted me to make my purchase. It took almost a year of writing & complaining to even receive the junk they finally sent. PPW would not accept return and of course refused to refund my money. No valid phone numbers to call. Still no saitsfaction after a year of waiting. They provided poor follow up, no instructions,and a product nothing like they advertised.
