This company once was reputable, but no longer. They constantly fight you to get the benefits you have paid for, and have a million loop holes to deny compensability. My elderly mother had dozens of policies with them, as did I. I have spent hours, days, months, and years, fighting for her to get what she paid for. When it came to my own situation, I found that I could not get them to pay out, and literally had to hire an attorney to get it done. Unfortunately, you don't find this out until you've been vested for years and try to get out what you put in. So, be advised. This is now one of the worst companies out there.
