The customer service has been a failure. Carecentrix is placing calls to my husband's phone, while he is teaching. I have called multiple times to stop Carecentrix from calling my husband's phone. That hasn't worked. I have placed orders over the phone that never arrived. I tried avoiding communicating via phone with Carecentrix since I wanted a paper trail, and that went nowhere.
