signed up in July of 2018 for "yard waste" (only) - sales rep said that was fine & we were suppose to get free yard waste for the first year. Garbage service was to begin in October 2018. The yard waste can never came so we called after a week or so. Customer service rep said the yard waste is "all or nothing" with garbage. Customer service/employees at the office are very rude. We tried explaining to them what the sales rep says and the customer service/employee claims the sales rep was wrong. Customer service employee then "finally" agreed to begin yard waste after numerous calls.. but stated we would need to pay/pre-pay. I asked about the "free year" we are suppose to get (which is listed in our contract) and she says "they don't honor that" if garbage service isn't with the yard waste.. sales rep/door-to-door salesman seems decent and has been answering emails saying he is getting it worked out and that his "supervisor" is upset at the company for saying they wont do yard waste alone when they claim they will.. He also says the first year of yard waste is free ..Needless to say its frustrating. Its now the middle of August and were still waiting for our yard waste container.. This was a typical "bait and switch" with the company not knowing what the sales persons are selling or "promising" customers.. we will most likely just cancel the service all together before the garbage service even begins ... now seeing reviews on line i guess we should have researched them "first" ..
