I got one of those mailers - you send out ....and then I went to your reviews on line.....THANK HEAVENS for people who take the time to let others know what a SLOPPY company you run. What I want to know is how your computer system is down so often..(really) WAKE UP PEOPLE -----don't let companies take your money!!!!
