i bought a mobile (xiaomi mi4 64 gb) with order id [protected] under the name vijay chaplot from quikr.com ( http://udaipur.quikr.com/Mobile-Phones/w18222217402?eid=64 ) . order was placed on 5th of sept 2015 and i received the phone within a week but the handset was faulty so i gave it back for replacement and it was covered under replacement warranty. from then till now there is no news of replacing handset. i have called quikr helpline ([protected], [protected] ) several times but they have no information about it. please look into the case and do the needful. address : quikr, Bangalore Gunta No. 106, Sub No. 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9, Rachenahalli, (No. 167, Dr. S.R.K.
