The advertisement for X-Ripped says free trial the buyer pays for the shipping. Later after getting the product 3-4 weeks later the credit card got charged 85 dollars before receiving the product. Call them the same day it was received and started yelling and swearing at the poor lady doing her job on the other side. I was pissed off . I called to cancel and get my 85 dollars back. Told her it was advertised for free I pay the shipping. First says to late to cancel. I just got the order today. Sorry we can only give you 35 percent of your money back. Thats when everyone in the house left the room I was glowing hot yelling swearing ***. Oh I guess we can give you fifty percent of your money back. I say it was a free trial. Your advertisement is false advertising, I want all my money back. She said you are not being professional, there is no need to be yelling. I told her your not professional or you would know I am right you are wrong, give me your manager and I will finish yelling at that crook instead, your company sucks and should be put out of its misery for cheating and stealing from everyone you are scamming. She did not get me to the manger and she ended up giving me back the 85 credit back to the credit card. BEWARE of this SCAM!
