i purchased 10 items from this store and 1 product was represented on their website as two tree faces and only recieved one. i also ordered 18 hanging ghosts and recieved 20 hanging pumpkins instead. but what really *** ME OFF is they wiil not respond to my emails or phone calls. i would avoid this company and give your bussiness to some other company that cares about customer satisfaction!!!!! i guess i need to add more words to fulfill minimum requirements. www.spirithalloween.com/nocustomerservice more more more more more more more this is a joke and also *** me off lol
