End of 2007 I was approached by WWICS executive in Chennai processing me a Canada PR within 3 years. I did attend their seminar, which looked very promising the hall was packed with more than 100 people. I should say I was little lucky that I opted for a bronze package. Within few months of application I received my Visa file number with a letter, which said any further process, will happen on my file number after 65 months. I approached WWICS, they told me don’t worry you will get your PR in 3 years. Soon all communications stopped from their end. I was not receiving replies for my mail. My calls were ignored. Never mind I had hope, ok not three years may be 5.5 years as written in the letter from immigration. I waited with my entire patient. On Friday (06.06.2014) when I called their office (Delhi office, as at present I am in Delhi and I had requested to move my file to Delhi), to my surprise I found that my application fee refund has come. My point is if I had not called, I would have never got this news. As a consultant, a paid consultant it was their responsibility to keep me aware of my file status. I went to their office. They just handed me my visa fee refund cheque. I asked for rest of the money. There answer was sorry as per our company policy we can only give you this cheque. In last 5.5 year I don’t know what service WWICS has provided me that they are not ready to pay me other amount.
