Wuffstop / Refund Policy
I tried to cancel my order of 1 Wuffstop because the dog I had bought it for was no longer in my home, but was told it had already shipped and in order to get my refund I should refuse delivery and once the item was received by the seller I would get a full refund. I have gone back and forth with this company via email and what they are requesting from me does not make sense - a tracking number and an invoice - before they can issue my refund. I do not have this information because I refused delivery without opening the package. For some reason they just keep requesting this info to get my refund no matter how many times I offer this explanation. The company does have my customer number and the international tracking number - so why are they requesting this info from me - they should be able to get this info - I cannot access it.
