Respected sir, Dated on 16 june 2021 we hve got a text message that I have been charged Rs. 738/ for purchasing PicsArt app whereas I hve not any order or created any user id nor any pasword even though the hve wrongly charged me into my vodafone bill account which is not right this is totally illegal Neither I ordered this app nor I demanded for this as PicsArt company reply me that without any users user id and
