Wrong Work Order Scheduled

The technician who completed the work was excellent. However, when he arrived, he said the work order stated that two new boxes were to be installed and a modem/router that was being rented from Cox was to be installed. This was completely wrong and he was on the phone for an hour getting the work order changed. We had purchased our own modem/router that needed to installed to bring WiFi into the house. On the phone, I went over what was being done twice and it still was wrong when he arrived. Very frustrating!!
