Wrong size or defective shoes

I am very upset!! I order a size 9 in men, I received them and they were too small. I then ordered a size 10, just the next size up! and they are wayyy too big! What is going on with this? Why are they such a huge different in size? I would appreciate it, if this company send me a return label so I can send these slides back. Welch Marlo,
