wrong shipping cost

Recently I purchased some items online and used Borderlinx. I must say that their customer service is polite and friendly, but very unprofessional and unhelpful. I will not use them again, because they could not fix my issue. They gave me completely wrong shipping cost, what I find pretty unprofessional for a shipping company. I'm very disappointed. I did not receive my items for ages, because the shipping fee I paid was wrong, and no one ever informed me. This is my opinion based on the experience I had with my only time usage from them. I'll never use them again.
