Wrong shipping address won’t corrected

While ordering some how my address autocorrected to the house next door. I immediately saw the mistake and I have called fossils “customer service” line for 3 days in a row everyday promised to be contacted back and the corrected shipping address made but never contacted back. Each time staying on hold for an hour or more and told the issue would be corrected. It has yet to be corrected.
