Wrong shipment my name on order nothing I ordered

I spent 1000 and received nothing on my order all plus size items opened the package because my name was on it with my address I had to wait two and still got the wrong merchandise can I get what I paid for please also had to pay an additional tax cost to even receive merchandise sent pictures of items I didn’t order also my name being on the package
