Wrong Shipment Address

I inadvertently selected the wrong city/state in drop down. Reported it immediately and it was never changed. Now the order is out for delivery. I have been on hold for customer service for an hour and FedEx won't let me change the address, it has to be done by A Pea in The Pod. I need to speak with someone immediately! User's recommendation: Triple check everything. This company doesn't allow for human error.
