order # 15-[protected] I ordered rear brake shoes for a 2013 GMC Sierra 1500. they sent parking brake shoes that do not even go on my vehicle. They refuse to take a return unless I pay for shipping. even though it is clear their own part description talks about stopping ability and fade free braking which is clearly not related to parking brakes. They will not even talk to you they just send you emails refusing to do anything to correct the issue. Worst service ever. They have misleading part descriptions and refuse correct there own errors just shift the blame back on the customer. Horrible organization!!!
