wrong product size delivered (mixed sizes, 37 & 38)

Good day.. On the below order... We just realised the order has been wrongfully sent. The box outside has 38 and inside it has 37.. One pair is 37 (right pair) and the other is 38 (left pair) The skechers shoe are 2 different sizes in the box. See attached pictures.
