Wrong product shipped and no customer service

Ordered a ring in November and received the wrong one! I have emailed customer service multiple times and left messages on their Facebook page and haven't heard a word from them. Really angry because it was a Christmas gift and not cheap, now I'm stuck with the wrong product and no idea whether I'll ever get what I actually paid for!! Avoid Inked Shop at all costs!!
