Received wrong items! Could not reach anyone via phone. Had to email. Took nearly two weeks for a response. Was told Id be issued a refund. Nearly a month after receiving wrong items, I still have not received a refund. Finally received another email from customer service this morning but stated theyd decided to discount a future order instead of refunding my money for the incorrect items. So, I wasted nearly $160 on useless items. This company is a rip-off! Buyer beware!! User's recommendation: Avoid this company! Do not recommend!
