Anybody know how prove your car was in driveway at 1 am,? well that is my problem with a turnpike judge in Birdsboro Pa. I'm asked to plead not guilty, and send them money for a time to be in court to say I wasn't there that night. From my house to there is well over 100miles one way and I would be using the turnpike, a no-win situation. I will not plead guilty and suffer for what little life I have left and jail isn't a safe place for a person of any age. I'm a vet of Vietnam war, Navy, and working all my life, saying guilty for something I never did makes me PISSED CONSUMER. I have learned that this is a ongoing problem that will get worse an they fire toll attends and use imaging of plates and send bills to people that have same problem ($258.92) , I pay my own bills, pay for other's makes me a PISSED CONSUMER.
