Wrong part shipped – unable to contact

A couple of weeks ago I placed two parts orders, one for a wiring harness and one for a plastic grommet for my garden tractor. The packages came in last Saturday, 05/23/2020. the package that should have contained the grommet, instead contained a pull rope and recoil assembly for a push mower with a packing slip addressed to someone in another state. Monday being Memorial Day I had to wait until today (Tuesday) to contact them. I was on hold on the phone this morning as well as in the online chat for 1 hour and 8 minutes and was never able to speak/ chat with anyone. I tried several more times throughout the day to no avail. The company doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer service.
