Wrong package sent

Hello! I need to speak to a representative about a package that was sent to me but I received the wrong package. The order number is GUS10526****. Again, It says it was delivered but it wasnt my package. Ive already contacted FedEx and they said to take it up with you guys. Thank you, Emily Handris
