Wrong OTC item sent and Humana does not replace

I ordered an OTC item 460 which is a Talking blood pressure monitor by the name of Omron. They sent a different brand and said they don't have Omron in their catalog, but they do. Humana needs to update their OTC Health and Wellness catalog. Shameful! Revise your catalog. grrrr Shame on you User's recommendation: OTC products are not always correct.
