Wrong order flowers molded

This is the worst florist ever my sister purchased flowers from them they lied the company was 4 hours away the roses had mold on them and half were dead to top it off the bouquet wasn't even the one she purchased after reading the reviews it seems this floral company has no idea what their doing and should be refunding back money to the customers
